Tuesday - July 21 - Yes it is after 9pm. All is well. He is ready to move to an intermediate unit, but all the beds are curently full. He sat up on the side of the bed for 10 minutes this morning. Physical Therapy wants me to bring his prothesis and walker for tomorrow. He is more alert. Still with the trach in he can not talk. But tomorrow they are going to put another type of trach in that will allow him to talk. Good for him but I'm not sure I am totally ready.

ReplyDeleteWhat a relief to move to a semi-normal room! I am so glad to hear of the progress Mr. Steve is making. Good luck to you after they change that trach and he gets his prosthesis. I am waiting to hear that Mr. Steve is back to his humorous self.

What good news, we have been praying every day for his recovery. Hearing that he is ready for a level up is good. Hope all continues to improve.
