Steve had to have a central line put in last night. He was moved back to the hospital about 10pm. Stephen has gotten really good at helping to move Steve's bed. His kidneys had quit functioning, blood pressure was low, hemaglobin low, etc. It is now 1:25pm and he is doing better. They have really pumped the fluids into him, kidneys are now working, blood pressure is coming up. They are typing and crossmatching him for blood later today. The Infectious Disease physician is reviewing Steve's records and will be making antibiotic recommendations. Things are looking up again.

I was so sad to hear the latest news this afternoon but am feeling much better now since Steve called me to give an update tonight. He sounded really good so I guess the re-hydration made a huge difference. Still praying.
