Eight Weeks !!!!

I realized today it has been 8 weeks since Steve was admitted. Yesterday, was not a good day. Steve felt so bad he could not work that hard in therapy. But today he was able to walk 70 feet with his walker twice. He also was able to work out with more weight. He was also able to get out of his wheelchair without assistance several times. They did a CT of his chest and abdomen yesterday afternoon but we have not gotten the results yet. I am assuming that no news is good news. They are setting up OT, PT, and a RN to come to the house 3 times a week beginning 9/7/2009.
