Saturday, August 8 - 10:00am - Yesterday Steve had a bout with diahrrea which kept him from going to Rehab. Not pleasant to have diahrrea while working out on the gym floor. Diahrrea has been fixed (we think). The plans are the Rehab doctor will make rounds then begin the transfer process. Steve much more alert, talkative, and generally feeling better - me too. We both caught up on naps yesterday. Will be late this afternoon anyway before we begin the move. Still on oxygen and pancreatic drain. This we could go home with if necessary.
Our dogs are beginning to wonder if "Daddy" is going to ever come home. I had to have a talk with Molly (the black lab) this morning!!!!

Sorry I haven't commented lately, but I have been praying for you and Steve. Hopefully that was just as speedbump in his recovery and that things will begin to progress again very soon. Hopefully, this message will find him transferred back to rehab. Get Well Soon Steve!
