Steve continues to make progress. It seems slow to him but significant to me. He was really surprised to see Annie then Stephen came by so we ended up having a family meal of take-out from Carey Hilliards. Steve had a boiled shrimp salad. Then Thursday afternoon Stephen brought Molly and Ashbie (our 2 dogs) to visit. We were able to take take Steve downstairs for a few minutes to see his "babies". Even tomorrow, Saturday, he has a full schedule. The nurses and I continue to work with the pancreatic drain. Steve is still not interested in his phone or getting on the computer, so you know he is still pretty sick.

I finally decided that I could not continue to try to work and keep an eye on Steve, so as of today I have gone on Family, Medical Leave.
