Thursday, August 6 2:15pm - concensous is Steve is ready to go to Rehab, even though he is much weaker than before and still on oxygen. He is currently having problems sleeping at night, nightmares, hallucinations, sun downing - what ever, therefore he is tired the next day. They have completed the IV antibiotics and he is now on oral so the PICC line is gone, again. Stephen sat with him for a while today for me to run out then helped he give Steve a hair cut. Sure is shorter. As he says it will always grow back. Don't know if it will be this afternoon or tomorrow when we go to Rehab. We are getting a little too good at packing Steve, bed and all and moving at a moment's notice.
Hope to be able to get home and get some sleep tonight.
