He may not be able to talk yet - but- the Steve Jonas we all know is back. His cheeks are rosy and he smiles and cuts up. Can't wait for him to be able to talk. He has been moved to a step-down unit. They are taking 1 of his 3 pancreatic drains out. Physical Therapy has asked me to bring his prothesis in tomorrow, they plan to stand him up. Can't go far with the chest tubes attached to wall suction. Infectious Disease physician has broadened his antibiotics.
